I took treatment from Dr. Bhawna for sleep disturbances and she was a patient listener, unlike other doctors I've been to, which was reassuring as I was able to describe and discuss all my issues. What I liked the most was her approach of preventing the patient from getting dependent on medication. For this she suggested few lifestyle changes as well.

Then at last, I visited *Dr. Bhavana Mawar* in _*Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital (MAH)*_ in June 2022. She is such a very experienced Doctor, good listener and also a very nice counsellor. She advised for specific _Panchkarma_ treatments for 14 days as suitable for me. As you know, for speedy recovery from a disease not only the medicine but also environment, food, exercise, meditation, cleanliness, behaviour of staff, experienced personnel, hospitality & care also play a significant role. At *MAH*, all these factors are available because of which during the treatment, within a week, I realised my ENT problem has completely resolved and now I can feel hunger and satiety after so long.
